The eighth EP by Southwest Detroit rap group Insane Clown Posse

In the December 21, 2012 edition of the Hatchet Herald, it was announced that Insane Clown Posse would be releasing an EP to promote ICP's The Mighty Death Pop! album in 2013- not just left over beats and scraps from The Mighty Death Pop! recording sessions, but an all new project with all new music. Months went by and nothing was mentioned of the EP in all of 2013 leading people to believe that the idea had been scrapped. Then, in the June 2014 Hatchet Herald there was a flyer promoting The First Six box set which listed all that would be included with the release, one of the items mentioned was a, exclusive Bonus Album, an 8 song EP entitled House Of Wax. During ICP's 2014 GOTJ seminar they gave out a free sampler CD that included a song from House Of Wax, entitled "Dickhead". The clowns reaffirmed that the EP is all new music, has no remixes, and is still scheduled to be released within the packaging of The First Six box set on October 28, 2014. Later, it was announced in the October 24, 2014 Hatchet Herald that there was a minor manufacturing delay and 'The First Six' would be pushed back to November 25, 2014. It was also stated that this EP serves as a bridge from The Mighty Death Pop! to The Marvelous Missing Link. House Of Wax has since been released digitally on most major music outlets, but to this this day the only way to own it on CD is to purchase The First Six box set

House Of Wax comes in a standard jewel case with a clear disc tray, a double-sided 4 panel insert (with album cover, credits, track list, and artwork), and a double-sided perforated back cover insert (with artwork and track list). The disc contains 1 intro and 8 songs on 9 tracks
