In 2011 the Federal Bureau of Investigation released its "2011 National Gang Threat Assessment" report on emerging criminal trends. From now on Juggalos are officially listed as a gang alongside some of the most reputed and violent criminal street gangs in the US. This labeling is totally preposterous and simply an outrage to juggalos everywhere It has had a crippling negative impact on many aspects of our lives causing some of the juggalos to lose their jobs and in some circumstances even their children.

On behalf of the Juggalos, the Insane Clown Posse and Psychopathic Records have launched a lawsuit against the FBI who have violated the rights of Juggalos on the mistaken belief that they are “gang members”.
