An Act to amend section 3 of the Administrative Procedure Act, chapter 324, of the Act of June 11, 1946 (60 Stat. 238), to clarify and protect the right of the public to information, and for other purposes.

Freedom of Information Act Request by Insane Clown Posse

At the 13th annual Gathering Of The Juggalos, Insane Clown Posse announced at their Seminar that they are taking legal action against the FBI.
On August 24, two weeks after the Gathering announcement, ICP submitted a Freedom of Information Act request for whatever FBI intel led to their labeling as “a criminal organization formed in the street.”
