Steven Howse (born September 23, 1975) is a rapper known primarily for being a member of the group Bone Thugs-n-Harmony. He has also gone by the names L-Burna and The #1 Assassin. He is the younger brother of fellow group member Flesh-N-Bone & cousin of group member Wish Bone. He is also a member of the rap group Bone Brothers and CEO of the record label Harmony Howse Entertainment.

Violent J announced Layzie was signed in 2004 during the black rain tour. Layzie was opening the shows and Violent J and him were discussing signing him but Voilent J got drunk and announced it too early at a aftershow party. I don't know for sure that he was actually signed.
