The story begins to diverge in comic #3... while the first two comics introduced us to ICP and the Dark Carnival, issue 3 starts to take us into a new and evolving storyline. Also, this is the first comic with the story written by Violent J's brother Jumpsteady. ICP have been punishing evil doers in their typical Dark Carnival way, and they go to the home of Detroit's Mayor Gibbons (recently equitted of a brutal rape charge), to punish him. But Gibbons manages to make a call to the one he serves called KILNOR. Kilnor is the satanic force behind the recent wave of evil that is enveloping the earth. Eager for revenge, Kilnor summons two demons straight from hell... TWIZTID... to do battle with Insane Clown Posse.

Something bad is happening in the Arizona deserts - something wild and dangerous. A group of self-taught and out of control scientists calling themselves "The Solution" are destroying small desert towns one by one. The spirits of the Dark Carnival summon The Wicked Clowns, Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope, to put an end to The Solution's ghoulish activities. The Clowns are more than happy to oblige, but a pair of warriors stand in their way, a being known as Malison, the walking curse, and a mercenary priest called Grant. Malison and Grant are engaged in a battle to the death, and The Insane Clown Posse find get caught right in the middle!
