The tracklist order on the sleeve is incorrect, the correct order is:

3. Mr. Johnson's Head (Remix)

The CD also features Insane Clown Posse doing skits before and after every track pretending to take over a radio station and introducing each track.

Psychopathic Sampler 1998 also marks the first official audio appearance of Twiztid, which as of this recording is said to feature the members Bones and Hectic, in other words before the changed names to Jamie Madrox and The Monoxide Child.

"Mr. Johnson's Head (Remix)" is said to be of the upcoming album "The Amazing Jeckel Brothers", however it never ended up on that album.
