This was the exclusive CD Single to those who attended the 25th Anniversary Prom Night Massacre Show & dressed up for the Zombie Prom. The CDs were not there at the show but those who attended signed their names on a sheet to get it shipped to them once they arrived.

Although it was advertised for only those who dressed up to get them, people who didn't have also been getting them.
The CD is limited to 1,000 copies for the 1,000 tickets made available total.
