This is a CD single that was handed out to people who bought tickets to Insane Clown Posse's "Hunt for Big Smoke" event at the 2022 Gathering of the Juggalos festival. According to the description of the event, Big Smoke is a Sasquatch that lives in the backwoods of Ohio, where the festival was held.

Prior to the song being released, Violent J became very interested in Bigfoot creatures and expressed belief in the species. Multiple of ICP's Patreon livestreams were completely centered around Bigfoot, and Violent J discussed Bigfoot at length during ICP's appearance on "Kesha and the Creepies." He also previously wrote a song titled "Yukon Moose Dick (The Bigfoot Song)," which Insane Clown Posse handed out at the previous year's Gathering of the Juggalos to people who bought tickets to "ICP's Hunt for Bigfoot"
