V-Sinizter (born Venus John Billingsley III on January 11th, 1977 in Saginaw, Michigan) is an underground rapper. The meaning behind the name is due in part to his facial expressions in most photographs taken of him, showing an anger apparent in his eyes. Other noted reasons are because of his penchant for crafting songs that seem angry and violent in nature and his feelings expressed in his subject matter.

He won a one-year deal with Psychopathic Records in 2002. He released his debut Psychopathic album, the Hunting Season EP, in 2003. After its release and low sales, V-Sinizter was released from Psychopathic. He went on to sign to Area 51 records, making a few more albums.
