William Dail, beter known as Billy Bill, is the former President and C.E.O. of Psychopathic Records. He succeeded Alex Abbiss.

Billy Bill is ICP's long time homie and bodyguard. He began his wrestling career in NAW, moved on to defeat Cousin Cleatus in Stranglemania Live, and also made appearances in Hellfire and JCW.

He made an appearence on Golden Goldies as Gold Double B.
