This tour had two legs, one in may 2013. In july 2013 ICP announced that there would be a second leg of the tour that lasted until the hallowicked show. I didn't find any more info about this so I' m not sure that the second leg took off. Still, there was a second TMDP-tour but that took place in december 2013 in Australia (see Australian Tour HERE).
The VIP package costed $100 and included a copy of the Mighty Death Pop album, a meet & greet, an exclusive TMDP Flag, a TMDP VIP laminate and paticipation in the Faygo Armageddon.
