This year the label took over both upstairs at Saint Andrews and downstairs in the Shelter club with various artists performing, JCW wrestling and the annual Deadly Medley performance featuring all of the Psychopathic Records' artists on one stage.
Inspite of some heavy and intrusive security presence and a couple of massive fights at the front of the crowd upstairs, for the most part everyone had a great time.
The Shelter stage played host to performances by Ikkurruz, AJAX and So Sick Social Club and was the more laid back area of the party.
The crowd was a bit lighter downstairs and the dance floor was open creating more of a rave atmosphere with the Dayton Family spending most of the evening down there.
Upstairs ICP's deejay DJ Clay was spinning all night in between the performances and wrestling matches as ICP's Violent J hung out in the back talking to the fans.
Doe Dubbla, T.O.N.E-z and the Axe Murder Boyz all took to the ring for energetic performances as the JCW wrestlers put on four rounds of wrestling action including a main event featuring a 3 on 3 tag match between the team of Richie Boy Bryer Wellington, Kongo Kong and Rob Conway and the team of Corporal Robinson, 2 Tuff Tony and Butler Geeves.
However, everyone was there to see their favorite Psychopathic artists and this year's Deadly Medley did not disappoint as The Dayton Family, ABK, Blaze, Twiztid and ICP performed a few of their most popular songs.
ABK was the only one who dressed up for the occasion sporting a styling blue pimp suit that captured the spirit of the evening.
The only Psychopathic artist missing from the celebration was Boondox who is out on his Low Down N Dirty Tour.
Although ICP got the biggest crowd reaction it was The Dayton Family's popular "Cocaine" song that seemed to go over the best as everyone shouted the chorus back at them.
Violent J closed the evening by thanking everyone for coming out and presenting a couple of awards to two hard working behind the scenes personnel who the label felt deserved to be recognized.
