Perhaps to make up for not spending Halloween night in Detroit the year before, ICP hit Detroit THREE TIMES for Hallowicked in 1999, giving away 1000 Hallowicked CDs per night to ninjas in facepaint...by the third night, of course, they ran out of CDs and the Hallowicked shirts sold out on the first night. But fun was still had by all!

Psychopathic filmed the 1999 Hallowicked concert in Detroit and said they had plans to release it on DVD and VHS but until now it hasn't come out so it's safe to say it never will. Probably just some footage Psychopathic is sitting on.
